A former paper mill and old factory premises has been developed to provide 200,000sf high spec warehousing and manufacturing plant and let to Chapman Envelopes Ltd GPV SA, Europe’s largest manufacturer of bespoke envelopes.
Planning Permission has been granted for an additional 70,000sf of factory/warehouse space, which could be amalgamated with the current 23,000sf to provide one larger building, further enhancing the successful business park. |
